BOSS. Gaming Solutions is looking to recruit a Junior lawyer who would join our legal team. Our prospective employee will have exceptional opportunities for professional growth in supporting international i-gaming business. We are open to students on distance learning and without prior work experience.
As a Junior lawyer, you will be responsible for the following:
• Drafting and revising wide range of legal documents, including, but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, supply agreements and software license agreements;
• Conducting the initial and ongoing KYC procedure of company’s clients;
• Performance and support of the documents signing process (hardcopies and softcopies);
• Assisting the business in the filing of application forms and other documentation for submission to third parties, authorities and clients;
• Maintaining the contract register updated;
• Updating and managing the internal communication and ticketing systems used by the legal team;
• Assisting with research and analysis of a wide range of legal topics, including comparative regulatory;
• Communicating with law firms and other service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company, including without limitation scanning and filing of documents, tending to office calls and correspondence.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Degree in law (will be an advantage) or in a process of gaining it (starting from 4th year) in the top law school/university
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Junior lawyer (will be an advantage)
• Advanced English (both spoken and written) is a must
• Sound knowledge of commercial, corporate and contract law, data protection, employment and consumer law
• Good communication and negotiations skills
• Legal drafting skills, in particular contract drafting
• Proficient user of standard MS Office Applications;
• Fast learner;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex legal issues;
• Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
